A support group for youth ages 14-18 to support one another on common topics related to substance use and other life issues. Led by a Youth Peer Recovery Coach
Relapse prevention planning and awareness can be a powerful tool to help assist with maintaining recovery. Through this group you will: learn how to develop a personalized relapse prevention plan, focus on self-care practices, recognize and identify your triggers and warning signs, create a support system, create goals for healthy lifestyle.
